Add the cauliflower to a food processor and process until small granules (rice) form. Add in the banana and process until it's mashed.
Place the riced cauliflower and banana mixture in a small pot and add in the almond milk, almond butter, date syrup, garam masala, salt, and vanilla.
Cook on medium and bring to a simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
