 ¼ cup JEM Cashew Masala Tahini
 1 ½ lbs Primal Pastures ground beef
  cup Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
 2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Company Organic Za’atar Seasoning
 4 Ripe but Firm Roma Tomatoes
 Bella Vado Avocado Oil to Brush the Vegetables with Before Grilling

Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper..

KOOBIDEH: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and Za'atar seasoning. Using your hands, mix until combined. Divide meat mixture into 2oz. oval shape meatballs. Place Koobideh on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Broil for 8 to 9 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through.

Brush tomatoes with avocado oil and place on lined baking sheet. Broil for 10 min.

Serve with Cashew Masala Tahini
