 6 Primal Pastures Pasture chicken thighs, trimmed
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Ground pepper
 3 tbsp Bella Vado Avocado Oil, divided
 2 Green onion, chopped
 8 oz Cremini mushrooms, sliced
 2 cups Broccoli chopped
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the chicken thighs in a medium bowl. Add the Vadavan Spice, salt and pepper, and toss to coat the chicken.

Heat 1 ½ tbsps. of avocado oil in large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

Heat the remaining 1 ½ tbsp. avocado oil in the skillet. Add the onion and mushrooms, broccoli and cook until the vegetables are tender, 4 to 5 minutes.

Transfer the vegetables to plate with chicken and serve.
