Salmon and Avocado Caesar Salad

 4 5oz. Fresh salmon fillets, skin off
 2 tbsp Bella Vado Avocado Oil
 1 tbsp Teeny Tiny Spice Company Organic Seaside Spice
 1 Bottle Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing
 Pinch of salt
 Juice of half a lemon
 ½ cup Diced bacon
 4 Eggs, poached or boiled
 8 cups Lettuce or kale chopped
 2 Avocados, sliced
 8 Cherry or grape tomatoes halved

Season salmon fillets with Seaside Spice and salt.


Heat a skillet with avocado oil and fry salmon until golden on both sides or cooked to your liking.


Remove the salmon; squeeze the lemon juice over each fillet and set aside.


Add the bacon to the same pan and fry until golden and crispy.


While the bacon is frying, boil your eggs to your liking.


Assemble Salad: Combine lettuce with the salmon and bacon; avocado slices tomato halves. Pour over the dressing; mix well to combine; place the eggs on top and serve!
