 2 cups Sweet potatoes (approx. 2 small sweet potato), diced
 1 Bosc pear, sliced
 5 Slices Prosciutto, torn or cut

Preheat oven to 400°.

Place sliced sweet potato into a small bowl and stir in 1 tbsp. avocado oil and ½ tsp Vadavan Spice; stir until potatoes are coated.

Put potatoes onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until potatoes are soft but not too brown yet; set aside.

While potatoes are roasting, make pizza dough as per box instructions.

Roll out dough fairly thin place dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet and set aside.

Brush 1 cup Spiced Fig and 1 tsp. Vadavan Spice onto the pizza dough

Top the pizza with sliced pears first, followed by the sweet potatoes, and prosciutto.

Place the pizza in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes or so. or until the crust has turned slightly golden in color.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
