How to Make Matcha: Sift 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) of Matcha into a tea bowl. Add 2-3 oz. of hot water (180 degrees F). Whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk or hand frothier until smooth. Add up to 6 oz. of hot water. proportion may be adjusted to taste.
