he Riso della Sardegna company owner of the brand Cesello’s operates within an area of 3,300 hectares dedicated to rice production. The Cesello’s rice varieties are farmed, harvested and packed 100% in the Sardinia region around the city of Oristano. The traditional stone milling process, combined with the skillful art of rice husking in mortars, which has been handed down for four generations, allows to obtain an excellent quality rice that satisfies the most difficult of culinary needs and palates.
