Description
Organic evaporated coconut palm sugar has a relatively low GI of 35 and can be used 1:1 as a replacement for cane sugar. It is derived from the nectar of the coconut tree blossom. It is very high in minerals such as potassium (25% higher than bananas), magnesium, sulfur, zinc and iron, as well as vitamins C, B3, B6, B1, and B2. Great for kids, and expecting moms, bone strength, good cholesterol, and low-glycemic diets.
