-Maple sap is boiled over a traditional wood-fired evaporator which turns it into our special sweet stuff!
– We add whole Madagascar vanilla bean pods to our pure maple syrup, and allow it to age for a month which infuses the syrup with an incredibly smooth vanilla flavor.
