4. PRODUCTS & NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate descriptions for our Paleo, Organic, and specialty pantry items. However, much of the nutritional data and ingredient lists are provided by third-party manufacturers.

5. ORDERS, PRICING & INVENTORY LAG
Inventory Lag: While we strive for real-time accuracy, a delay may occur between in-store sales and online availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is out of stock.

Price Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Artisan’s Palate, Inc. does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card information or CVV codes. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s applicable terms.

7. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
We ship within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Label Accuracy: Orders are fulfilled based on the shipping information provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Risk of Loss: Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. However, we will reasonably assist customers with carrier claims where applicable.

8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final except as required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier. A photo of the product and packaging is required for any replacement or refund consideration.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Site or purchases made through it shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
