KOOBIDEH: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and Za'atar seasoning. Using your hands, mix until combined. Divide meat mixture into 2oz. oval shape meatballs. Place Koobideh on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Broil for 8 to 9 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through.
Brush tomatoes with avocado oil and place on lined baking sheet. Broil for 10 min.
