2 Plantain (Yellow or Yellow/Brown Works Best)
1/4-1/3 cups Bella Vado Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Arrowroot Flour
¼ tsp Salt

Add avocado oil to a frying pan and heat to medium-high.

Mash plantain in a small bowl

Add salt and arrowroot flour and blend until you have a creamy, pudding-like texture.

Pour Batter into 4 circles in frying pan

Flip when browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes.

Cook the other side until browned, about 4-5 additional minutes.

Plate and pour desired amount of date syrup
